The Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges has unanimously approved Center Status for the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) Temecula Valley Campus, a significant milestone for the college and the region. The decision follows a presentation by ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Superintendent/President Dr. Roger Schultz.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) welcomed over 80 enthusiastic 8th-grade girls from the Banning Unified School District and Hemet Unified School District to its San Jacinto Campus on January 9, 2025, for the 31st annual American Association of University Women (AAUW) STEM Conference.

The ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Board of Trustees held its annual organizational meeting on Dec. 17, 2024, prior to its regular board meeting, selecting a new president and clerk.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) proudly announces that Dr. Von Lawson, Dean of Instruction, People, Culture & Public Service Pathway, has been selected to serve as the new President of Northland Pioneer College (NPC) in Holbrook, Arizona.

On December 4, 2024, the Southwest Riverside County Higher Education Coalition convened at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø's (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) Temecula Valley Campus to propel efforts toward establishing a public four-year university in the region. The coalition's discussion centered around the University Center at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Temecula, a transformative initiative poised to retain the region's brightest talent, foster economic growth, and address the critical need to curb the outflow of intellectual capital, or "brain drain."

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) has been officially recognized by Newsweek as one of America's Top Online Colleges for 2025. This prestigious honor places ²ÝÁñÉçÇø among the top 250 online schools in the nation, including four-year universities and two-year colleges, for its commitment to providing exceptional online learning opportunities.

A group of ²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) students attended the Umoja Conference in Los Angeles from October 31 to November 2, 2024. This empowering and transformative event aligns with the Umoja program's mission to enhance African Americans' and other students' cultural and educational experiences.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) proudly announces that its Student Health Center (SHC) has been awarded a three-year Ambulatory Accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). As of November 12, 2024, ²ÝÁñÉçÇø becomes the only community college in the nation to achieve this distinguished accreditation, placing it among just 48 universities nationwide--and only 14 in California--recognized for excellence in ambulatory health care.
