Forty-six ²ÝÁñÉçÇø students earning their Associate of Science in Nursing degrees were recognized on Monday, May 20, during a nurse pinning ceremony in a gymnasium full of family and friends on the San Jacinto Campus.

More than 20 students celebrated the completion of ²ÝÁñÉçÇø's first Introduction to Construction class in a ceremony on Saturday, May 4. The City of Temecula and the Carpenters Union sponsored the 11-week course.

Dozens of ²ÝÁñÉçÇø students received nearly $95,000 in scholarship funds during the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Foundation's 21st annual Scholarship Awards Reception on May 1 at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) will proudly host the 2019 Special Olympics BYBS School Games from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at its San Jacinto Campus, 1499 N. State St.

The Mt. San Jacinto Community College District is pleased to announce it will soon expand access to higher education for residents of Southwest Riverside County and surrounding communities. The college district purchased two five-story office buildings located at 41888 Motorcar Parkway in Temecula on March 16, 2018.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) has signed an articulation agreement with Ohio University's College of Health Sciences and Professions - the university's first such agreement in Southern California. The agreement creates a pathway for ²ÝÁñÉçÇø nur​sing graduates to enroll in Ohio University through the online RN to BSN program.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø and Murrieta Valley Unified School District have partnered for the college to use eight classrooms at Murrieta Valley High School to offer MVUSD high school students college courses over the next three years.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) was named a Military Friendly School for 2019-2020 with a "silver" distinction, an honor that only a select group of institutions achieve. Now in its 10th year, the Military Friendly Schools list has come to set the standard for higher education institutions to provide the best opportunities for veterans and their dependents.

²ÝÁñÉçÇø has moved classes in Temecula as its lease for the Temecula Education Complex (TEC) expires at the end of March.
